CardinalCommerce Corporation Receives Patent Approval Grant by the United States Patent and Trademark Office

Latest Patent Addition Complements Current Patent Holdings



MENTOR, Ohio, June 29, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CardinalCommerce, the world-leading enabler of payment brands, today announced that the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) issued patent number US 7,742,967, which covers fundamental aspects to secure payment processing.


The patent, entitled Secure and Efficient Payment Processing System, was filed to protect technology designed to ensure secure transactions using authentication. This technology will help give consumers control over their accounts by allowing them to establish limits or restrictions for use in applications, such as automatic bill pay or recurring payments.
