The selection of Rosenblatt positions RushCard to thrive in the growing prepaid industry, said RushCard founder Russell Simmons. He added that RushCard's rapid growth has created the opportunity to attract best-in-class investors and management.

Rosenblatt was also responsible for identifying new opportunities in mobile payments, including the pilot of one of the first mobile gift card wallets, receiving a Webbie award for innovative mobile financial services in 2010. In prior positions, Rob led the e-business unit for Citi Cards, and developed the first cobranded credit cards for American Express.
